Shipping Policy

All shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout for both national and international postage. You will be able to select from regular post or registered post, and overseas customers economy air (3 weeks) or air express (7-10 days).

All of our products are shipped within 3 business days of payment being received. Should a product be out of stock, we'll notify you of the delay immediately.

If that should happen, we will ask if you would prefer to cancel your order, ammend your items or if you are happy to wait for a backorder. We will pay for all subsequent postage costs.

Return Policy

We stand behind every product we sell. Swarovski make the finest crystal beads in the world and if you are not absolutely pleased with your purchase - for any reason - we will be happy to make an exchange or refund the purchase price. Simply return the item to us within 14 days via registered post

Returned products must be in like-new condition with original packaging and materials. The original receipt must accompany all returns. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied towards your refund. Postage costs will not be refunded.
