Q. Where is the Beachi Beads shop?
A. From the establishment of Beachi Beads we have been an online business with limited retail 'over-the-counter' business. This has been in an effort to keep our costs down and pass on the significant discounts to our customers. We have our stock kept at our Newington Showroom, which is open to customers for viewing/purchasing of our beads and findings. We have also opened a retail store in Narooma, NSW.
Q. Do we sell to the general public?
A. Yes. We sell our beads and findings to individuals and businesses alike.
Q. Do all prices include GST?
A. Yes. Beachi Beads is a registered business and registered for payment of GST. All sales include GST in the prices listed on the website. For businesses, GST will be recorded on your sales receipt/tax invoice to allow for your input tax credits.
Q. Does Beachi Beads offer secure online payment services?
A. Yes. We currently use the Australian 'Paymate' payment gateway that offers a fast and secure online service. They accept Bankcard and Visa payments.
Q. Do we offer payments through Paypal?
A. Yes. Simply let us know in the ordering instructions and we will invoice you seperately through Paypal. For more details visit our Payment Options page.
Q. Do we ship our products overseas?
A. Yes. We currently have customers from countries outside of Australia, particularly the US and UK. Overseas customers will be offered Airmail shipping prices at the Beachi Beads checkout.
Q. Do we offer a no question, money back guarantee?
A. Yes. Please visit our Guarantees page to view our 14 day return policy. This refund policy also applies to our overseas customers.
Q. How come my wholesale discount does not appear in the shopping cart?
A. Newly registered csutomers or customers that have just qualified for the wholesale discount may need to log out and sign back in at the Beachi Beads shopping cart for the discount to be automaticcaly applied.
Q. If I opt for the 10% tier, will 5% be applied to orders under $150?
A. No. On our website we are only able to allocate one tier per customer, which takes effect automatically once the minimum purchase amount has been reached. You may change your tier at any time by emailing us.
Q. Is my wholesale tier locked in at the level I choose (5%, 10% or 15%)?
A. No. We are willing to change the wholesale tier for our customers at any time with no questions asked. Simply email us and allow up to two working days for the change to be made. We understand that our wholesale customers ordering requirements may change seasonally, especially around periods like November - Christmas.
Q. What if I cannot download any of the PDF/Word application forms?
A. Please email us and we will forward the application forms seperately.
